Description:
NaturalPoint is now hiring for the full-time position of Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of managing experience for production environments, as well as hands-on assembly skills. Candidate should be self-motivated, a good leader and have strong attention to detail.
As Production Manager you will:
- Review sales forecasts and update purchasing/build plans in collaboration with Engineering
- Provide a running commentary to the sales team on expected delivery times
- Maintain the highest quality standards and innovate for constant improvement
- Work with the development team to bring new products to market
- Ensure that compliance with appropriate quality standards is maintained
- Operate the existing production control software for stock control, order fulfillment and repairs
- Be able to assemble electronic, optical and casing components to very high standards
- Be able to use in-house software tools and calibration rigs to calibrate products
- See that outgoing goods are packaged and documented appropriately
- Oversee and/or perform purchasing of required components and sub-assemblies
- Ensure a tidy and organized working environment, including appropriate storage of stock
Required Qualifications
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced Production Manager with a background in overseeing staff
- Understanding of how to achieve best-practice in production and quality
- Practical experience of assembly which may have been gained during higher education or previous jobs in which the skills were used
- Substantial knowledge of electronic component values (read reels, resistors, capacitors, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Optical Devices
- PCB design and a good understanding of PC / embedded system

Description:
NaturalPoint is now hiring for the position of Assembly Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling in a production environment. Candidate should be self-motivated, have a mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail.
As Assembly Technician you will:
- Assemble electronic, optical and casing components to very high standards
- Use in-house software tools and calibration rigs to calibrate products
- Maintain the highest quality standards and ensure that compliance with appropriate quality standards is maintained
- Ensure a tidy and organized working environment, including appropriate storage of stock
Required Qualifications
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Practical experience of assembly
- Lift 10 lbs daily and lift/move up to 50 lbs weekly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Optical and Electronic Assembly
- Experience with Hand Soldering
- Knowledge of electronic component values (read reels, resistors, capacitors, etc.)

Description:
NaturalPoint is now hiring for the position of Graphic Designer/Graphic Artist.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of graphic design experience for print and web,
as well as 3D content creation and video skills.
Candidate should be self-motivated, highly creative and have strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (CS2+), especially the print-related titles (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- Experience designing large-format tradeshow and display booth materials
- Experience working with corporate/brand identity and media/advertising campaigns
- Experience designing website mockups for maximum usability
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating interactive motion graphics using Flash and After Effects
- Experience with video creation and audio/video editing
- Experience with icon and user interface design
- Experience implementing standards-based web markup (XHTML, CSS)
- General knowledge of PHP, XML and Perl/CGI
- Experience with 3D rendering/animation software such as Poser
- Familiarity with MotionBuilder and motion capture
Full-time or part-time work is possible. Salary is commensurate with experience.
